I’ve always been obsessed with older televisions shows. When I was about 12 my Grandma bought me DVD box sets for Little House on the Prairie and The Waltons. (DVDs I still have over 13 years later. Buy physical media everyone.) Television and movies are a special interest of mine and as I grew up on the internet I’ve always wanted to share my interest online. Something I haven’t really buckled down and done before now.

I first got into WKRP when it began airing on ME-TV about five or so years ago and quickly became enthralled. I even got my whole family into watching the show with me every night. Now whenever I return to the show all the characters feel like old friends.

My goal with this blog is to first recap WKRP. There’s a lack of people online talking the show these days. I don’t want to imply that no one has ever talked about the show online or that people don’t remember the show, which I know isn’t true. It’s just that in the past few years there’s a lack of content about it. My two favorite WKRP podcasts and blogs have ended years ago and nothing has popped up in it’s place.

My love for this show is why I wanted to start this blog. Please be kind as I find my footing.
